Admissions Process

  1. Complete and submit the online expression of interest form.  A member of Birch Hills Academy will reply to arrange a meeting and/or notify parents of any upcoming Open Houses.
  2. Parents meet with a member of Birch Hills Academy to tour the facility and discuss programs.
  3. If parents choose to place their child on the future placement list, please complete this form and submit with application fee
  4. If parents choose to register their child we ask that they first create an account with us, and then complete the Student Admissions Application as soon as possible, supplying all relevant documents and the Application Fee. Parents are notified by e-mail regarding the next steps in the admissions process.
  5. A file review is completed to determine eligibility for admissions.
  6. Enrollment will be confirmed, subject to availability, and the parents notified by e-mail or telephone.

Application Fee (future placement list)                                                  $50.00 non-refundable


Future Placement List 

A child is added to the future placement list based on the date that the application fee is received.  Please note that a child’s name may be placed on the future placement list prior to a meeting with the parents.
